Smoke alarm servicing
Residential Tenancies Regulation 2019 (NSW): alarms checked annually, batteries replaced, units replaced within 10 years of manufacture, hard-wired repairs by a licensed electrician within 2 business days.
Water efficiency testing
Showerheads and internal taps at or below 9 L/min, no leaks, and dual-flush toilets with a minimum 3-star WELS rating.

Competition and Consumer (Corded Internal Window Coverings) Safety Standard 2014.
Window safety devices
Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 and Building Code requirements for openable windows above ground level.
RCD safety switch testing
AS/NZS 3760 push-button and trip-time testing, logged per circuit with the date of next test.
Test & tag
AS/NZS 3760:2022 visual inspection, earth continuity, insulation resistance and polarity, with a dated tag on each appliance.
